What we collect

When you send our contact form, your name, business name, email, website and message reach us by email through Resend, which also sends you one confirmation email. When you book a call, your name, email, business name, note and chosen time go to Calendly, which schedules the call and sends the invites. We use these to reply to you, arrange the call and quote your project. Your name, email, business name and website also go to PostHog, as described under Analytics.

AI answers in the FAQ

Questions you type into the FAQ are answered by an AI model through Vercel's AI Gateway. The model provider may keep questions and answers to improve its models, so please don't include personal details. We also keep the questions in our server logs to work out what to add to the FAQ. To protect the service, we limit how many questions one visitor can ask each minute, which uses your IP address.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use this site: which pages are visited, where people click and scroll, and how far they get through our forms. PostHog also receives your device type, browser, operating system, screen size and IP address, which gives a rough location, and keeps an anonymous ID in your browser to connect your visits.

Our emails carry a small hidden image, and their links pass through Resend first, so Resend can record when an email is opened and which links are clicked, along with the IP address and device used. For the confirmation we send you, we add whether it arrived, was opened or had a link clicked to your PostHog profile.

We also keep session replays, which are recordings of how you moved through a page. Replays hide what you type into forms and the questions you ask in the FAQ, along with their answers. While you fill in a form, our analytics record only which fields you completed, not what you wrote. PostHog's AI tools review some replays to help us find problems on the site, and errors that happen in your browser are reported to PostHog. We don't sell your data.

When you send our contact form or book a call, you stop being anonymous in PostHog. We save your name, email, business name and any website you gave to a profile, and link it to your activity on this site from that browser, including replays, so we can see what led to your enquiry. Your message or note doesn't go to PostHog.
